I am recruiting on behalf of my client, for an IT Support Technician to join their ever-growing team based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing remote and onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support to their users.
Skills required:
* DNS / DHCP
* Routing & Switching
* Office 365
* Active Directory (Assign/Create Groups)
* Local backups
* Exchange online
* Windows OS
* Troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
* Supporting users within the business via phone and email
* Be the first point of contact within the business
* Troubleshooting any Hardware and Software issues
* Setting up new starters and removing leavers
* Installing and configuring any Software
