Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the response to trauma and medical emergencies across site
* Support clinicians within the Medical Treatment Centre
* Assist with patient assessment, basic care, and treatment delivery
* Maintain equipment, vehicles, and clinical areas to a high standard
* Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and supplies
* Support patient movement and handling where required
* Work collaboratively with site teams to support emergency preparedness
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards
* Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across site
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and proactive Emergency Care Assistant who works well within a team and remains calm under pressure.
You will be required to have:
* FREC4 qualification (or equivalent)
* Blue light driving qualification
* A full UK manual driving licence
You will ideally have:
* Experience in emergency, ambulance, or healthcare settings
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive approach with the ability to support clinicians effectively
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
