Key Responsibilities
1. Managing and supporting a caseload of land development and new homes matters
2. Providing an ongoing, high-quality service to existing clients
3. Assisting Partners and fee earners with business development activities
4. Supporting the growth of the Land Development & New Homes team
5. Producing fee income in line with agreed targets and objectives
6. Maintaining accurate time recording and file management
7. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
8. Keeping up to date with changes in relevant law and practice
About You
Essential
9. Experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive
10. Background in conveyancing, residential property, or land development work
11. Strong understanding of conveyancing processes (including part exchanges)
12. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
14. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
15. High attention to detail and commitment to client care
Desirable
16. Experience with case management systems (e.g. SOS Connect, Visualfiles or similar)
17. Knowledge of land law, section agreements and infrastructure transactions
18. Understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules and Money Laundering Regulations
19. Audio typing / touch typing skills
