Geography Teacher
Location: Wolverhampton
Start Date: September 2025
Salary:MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Wolverhampton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher to inspire students and deliver high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Role Responsibilites:
* Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons that meet the national curriculum standards
* Teach across KS3 and KS4, with the ability to prepare students for GCSE Geography examinations
* Use a range of assessment methods to track progress and inform future planning
* Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all students can thrive
* Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and school-wide activities
* Support the school’s ethos and policies, including behaviour management and safeguarding
Role Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Geography at secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young minds
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
