Description You will take ownership of the design management process across small to medium‑sized projects and pre‑construction opportunities, working closely with project, commercial and production teams to ensure design compliance, programme certainty and buildability. The role involves managing consultant appointments, coordinating the design programme, overseeing BSR and Gateway submissions, and ensuring all design information is fully approved and construction‑ready.
