Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Plot Sales team with handling volume residential conveyancing transactions.
2. Preparing contracts, transfers, and other legal documentation.
3. Managing exchange and completion processes in line with developer requirements.
4. Liaising with clients, developers, solicitors, and third parties.
5. Keeping case management systems and files up to date and well organised.
6. Assisting with post-completion formalities including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
