Ceto Talent is partnering with a Leading EPC Contractor known for delivering high-value and complex Energy projects for the Offshore industry. We're looking for an experienced industry professional to join as an Industrial Relations Advisor on this exciting and UK-first Carbon Capture project within Liverpool Bay.
✅What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build and maintain transparent, positive relations with trade unions and employers’ organizations at local, national, and international levels.
* Define, negotiate, and manage collective agreements and industrial instruments (e.g., NAECI), ensuring alignment with company policies and legislation.
* Provide technical support to HR, Sustainability, and business units for effective management of industrial and employee relations.
* Promote respect for human rights and contribute to a positive workplace culture, including awareness of welfare and benefit opportunities.
* Monitor trade union membership and activities across operations.
* Manage industrial relations during organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or major projects.
* Coordinate with subcontractors on trade union requirements and with external communications on issues that may reach the media.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with NAECI/Supplementary Project Agreements and management of employees’ relations in a project context.
* Experience dealing with local trade unions within the North West of England
* Previous offshore/energy project experience would be preferred but not necessary.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
