Job description
* Senior Configuration Engineer at Pitstone. Champion and support the effective configuration and change control process across Engineering within the Product Lifecycle Management environment.
* Ensure data accuracy, traceability and compliance across the lifecycle of products from early concept to in-service.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure change impacts are available, managed and visible to enable informed decision making.
* Experience with Windchill PLM is highly desirable.

* Understanding of configuration management principles within an engineering or manufacturing environment
* Awareness of Change control processes and lifecycle concepts
* Experience working with structured data, records, or workflows
* Familiarity with PLM systems and engineering data management tools (e.g. Windchill)
* Good attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach
* Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to work collaboratively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
Desirable
* Awareness of aerospace or regulated industry standards and expectations
* Interest in developing further capability within configuration management
