What you'll do
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director and their senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing complex diaries and prioritising time effectively
* Reviewing and responding to communications on behalf of the Executive Director
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
* Organising meetings, events, conferences, and travel arrangements
* Coordinating corporate hospitality and external visits
* Maintaining accurate organisational charts and filing systems
* Supporting with expenses, purchase orders, and procurement processes
* Taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions
* Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless cover and support across the leadership team What you'll need
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with:
* Proven experience in a senior EA or high-level secretarial role
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English
* Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
