Overview
Customer Service Specialist - Bristol onsite role at TieTalent. This is an onsite position located at Spectrum House, Central Bristol; no work-from-home option is available.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact to assist customers with their online subscription enquiries and account management.
* Provide information and support to a global customer base and create a positive customer experience through inbound calls, webchat, and email responses.
What you will do on a typical day
* Sign into systems and be ready for the day.
* Engage with customers who have questions about their online subscription.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to subscriptions, payments, and online accounts by asking the right questions and listening actively.
* Work in a fast-paced, targeted environment to achieve goals and maximize opportunities.
* Take a 1-hour break window (30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks) for breaks and personal time.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Start Date: 8 September 2025
* Salary: £12.60 per hour
* Site: Spectrum House, Central Bristol (onsite role)
* Shifts: 37.5 hours per week; 8am-10pm Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday
* Training Duration: 2 weeks
