Are you interested in helping individuals with mental health challenges reintegrate into work? Join us as an Employment Specialist in our Surrey Employment Service, supporting clients in finding employment, returning to work, and resolving workplace mental health issues.
This community-based role involves office attendance and travel. Responsibilities include providing benefits counseling, engaging with local employers, supporting clients pre- and post-employment, and collaborating with clinical teams. You will offer career advice, help set recovery and employment goals, and develop community links.
Requirements include a good understanding of the IPS model, mental health issues, and excellent motivational and communication skills. Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours is essential.
