As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared work, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students stay engaged and on task. No marking, planning, or subject expertise is required- just the ability to lead a room with confidence and build positive relationships quickly. This role is ideal for people from a wide variety of backgrounds. You don't need to be a qualified teacher; you just need presence, communication skills, and the ability to motivate.
