HW Interim Solutions are working with a client to appoint an Interim Programme Integration Lead.
This role sits at the centre of a complex, business-critical transformation programme, focused on ensuring alignment across finance, technology and business workstreams as delivery moves toward key milestones.
The successful candidate will work across multiple workstreams to ensure dependencies are understood, managed and aligned, working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, IT and operations, as well as delivery partners.
Key areas of focus will include:
* Driving integration across finance, systems and business workstreams
* Managing interdependencies and ensuring alignment across delivery streams
* Identifying and addressing gaps between technical delivery and business readiness
* Supporting programme momentum through clear coordination and follow-through
* Working closely with stakeholders and partners to maintain a cohesive delivery approach
We are seeking individuals who:
* Have experience delivering complex transformation or integration programmes
* Are comfortable operating across business and technology environments
* Bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach and are comfortable with ambiguity
* Build credibility quickly and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
* Focus on delivery and outcomes, not just process
This is offered on a day rate basis, outside of IR35.
