Job Title: Property Solicitor / Legal Executive Conveyancing (Hybrid Working Available) Location: Sunderland (Hybrid) Salary: From £35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience & qualifications) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About Us We are a well-regarded law firm (or legal practice) with an established Conveyancing Department in Sunderland. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent client service and staying at the forefront of residential property law. As we expand, were seeking a driven Conveyancing Lawyer / Executive to join our growing team, with potential to broaden into commercial property work over time. Role Overview Were looking for a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to support and lead on residential conveyancing matters. A particular emphasis will be on Buy-to-Let and auction purchases. Youll collaborate closely with junior staff, assist with business development, and contribute to maintaining high quality standards.
