You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience. What you'll do at work The IT Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure across the Learning Trust. The role involves ensuring seamless network and internet connectivity, maintaining security, responding to IT support requests, and assisting staff and students with IT-related issues. You will be based at Taverham High School for the most part, but you may be required to work at other locations.
