Job Description:
Summary
This is a multi-faceted role offering a variety of tasks in a well-established general insurance business. The successful candidate will support the MD and assist a team of Client Executives in administering new and existing client accounts.
* Monitor team email inboxes and allocate to the appropriate Client Executive
* Process policy documents and bordereaux
* Organise and administer premium finance
* Ensure all digital and paper files are up-to-date and meet company/FCA standards
* Issue premium invoices and monitor overdue payments
* Coordinate with other areas of the group for effective communication
* Work with the facilities team to ensure smooth office operations
* Provide administrative support to the MD and undertake projects as required
Ideal Candidate
* Administrative experience within the insurance industry
* Experience with Acturis is preferred but not essential; comfort with IT systems is necessary
* Strong team working ethic
* Confident verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to meet critical deadlines
Additional Information

* Salary between £25,000 & £30,000 + benefits
