Requirements
* Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or Front of House Leader in a hair or beauty salon
* Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
* A passion for the hair & beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care
* Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets
What you\'ll do
* Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices
* Deliver a 5-star client experience every day
* Drive sales, hit targets & keep salon operations smooth
* Recruit, train & develop your team
* Ensure excellent customer service and salon standards at all times
