£120,000 - £140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A great opportunity for a commercially minded, ambitious Finance Director to take full ownership of the finance function in a fast-moving, owner-managed industrial business based in West Yorkshire.
This is a hands‑on, number one finance role for someone ready to develop the finance function and embed finance as a true partner across the business. You will work closely with operational sites and other functions to provide insight, guidance and commercial leadership. Building relationships and trust across the business will be just as important as delivering numbers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an owner‑managed business in the Industrial, logistics or similar sector; thriving in an owner‑managed, entrepreneurial environment. You are dedicated, committed and motivated to be a central part of the business and leadership team. You'll work very closely with the owners where a little individuality & personality is encouraged, this is not a conventional corporate role; prepare to challenge and be challenged!
