What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead operational aspects of facilities management across multiple hospital sites.
* Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, quality standards and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.
* Motivate, develop and support a large multi‑service team to deliver outstanding service every day.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior NHS stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement using data, KPIs and performance insights.
* Manage resources effectively to meet commercial goals and support contract growth.
* Respond with agility to operational challenges in a dynamic healthcare setting.
* Provide consistent leadership across a 5/7 working pattern.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing large, multi‑service, multi‑site operational teams within healthcare.
* Strong background in contract delivery, service improvement and KPI management.
* Demonstrated leadership capability, including HR process application and team development.
* Evidence of high colleague engagement and a passion for developing people.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, ideally within NHS environments.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance quality, safety and financial performance.
* Experience delivering change programmes and working within brand guidelines.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Full understanding of current Health & Safety and food safety regulations.
* Experience in risk management, analysis and reduction.
* Proven ability to manage senior‑level third‑party relationships.
