Job title: Land Administrator
Location:Cambuslang
Pay rate: £13
Duration: Temp to December - potentially perm after this point
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support using SAP:
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks within SAP, including data entry, updating records, and ensuring accuracy of system information.
Processing NTS Payments:
Manage and process NTS (Network Transmission System) payments accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures.
Job Logging and Vendor Management:
Utilize a bespoke internal system to log and track jobs, including creating new job entries, setting up vendor accounts, and maintaining accurate records for operational efficiency.
Sourcing Electrical Apparatus:
Research and identify suitable electrical apparatus and components to meet project requirements, liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure timely procurement.
