We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Support the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing service and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
* Supervise dining areas, manage rotas, maintain standards, and assist during peak periods.
* Order supplies and familiarize yourself with menu offerings.
* Train and develop the team, maximize revenue, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
* Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or a related field), or relevant experience considered.
* Excellent presentation, great communication skills and a customer service-driven attitude.
