Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of our valued client, based in Sittingbourne. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to build a career within supply chain and logistics. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers while developing key operational skills within a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
* Assisting with order processing, supplier communication, and delivery tracking
* Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and purchase orders
* Supporting inventory control and reporting discrepancies
* Liaising with internal departments including warehouse and customer service teams
* Updating internal systems with shipment and supplier information
* Helping to identify improvements within supply chain processes
About You:
* Ideally some administrative or supply chain/logistics experience (not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Salary & Working Pattern:
GBP25,000 - GBP27,500 per annum
Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:30am - 5:00pm)
