Description
The role focuses on orchestrating agile delivery and release management across multiple information systems including PTA Classic/Web, Aspect, OutSystems and Business Central.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan and manage integrated release trains, ensuring environment readiness, cutover checklists, and rollback procedures.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage delivery between Pune & UK/Gib teams (time zone handoff, hypercare rota, on call)
* Promote developments through Dev, QA, Middleware, BI/DWH, Production and Disaster Recovery.
* Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and enforce Definition of Ready/Done.
* Maintain release calendars and ensure audit compliance.
* Communicate scope, risks, and post-release results to stakeholders.
* Provide clear, non-surprising communications, scope clarification, risk assessment, impact analysis, outage windows, training artefacts, and Sprint Retrospectives for SMT and PICs. Change Management Update
* Manage Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
* Track technical debt and operational risks.
* Orchestrate CAB submissions and UAT processes.
* Publish release notes.
* Prioritise defect/tech debt burndown
* Identify resource bottlenecks
* Adhere to Tech Team Turbo/KPI.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
* Experience in Scrum Master / Delivery Manager roles in multi system environments (ERP/CTRM/Web/ Bespoke Development).
* Proven success in enterprise CAB/SDLC and auditable release processes.
* Strong UAT orchestration and cross-location delivery experience.
* Proven experience leading multi team releases in regulated or audit sensitive environments.
* Familiarity with Software development
* Skilled मोठ Azure DevOps/TFS and release tooling.
* Strong experience of UAT orchestration with business stakeholders (PICs), including sign off discipline.
* Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and software hosting equities as well as software development and its constituent parts.
Desirable
* Trading/physical operations or CTRM background; exposure to Aspect CTRM and related data.
* Experience with OutSystems, Business Central
