Digital Marketing Manager - 6-9 Month FTC
Salary: Up to £85K-£95K (pro rata)
Location: Hybrid with flexible working (offices in the Midlands and London)
Contract: 6-9 Month Fixed-Term Contract
We're looking for a commercially-minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and performance across a portfolio of established professional services brands. This 6-9 month fixed-term contract is a fantastic opportunity to shape digital transformation across B2B and B2C audiences, while working flexibly within a supportive and collaborative team.
You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end digital activity across CRM, automation, websites, paid media and analytics, while also leading and developing a team of specialists. Flexible working is fully embraced, with a hybrid approach and autonomy to manage your schedule.
⚠️ Experience with Peppermint CRM is essential - this is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.
What you'll be doing:
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
* Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies aligned to broader business goals.
* Lead integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social and display to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
* Spot opportunities for innovation, digital maturity and deeper user engagement.
Website & UX
* Oversee all group websites, including UX strategy and continuous optimisation.
* Use CRO, SEO and behavioural insight to drive conversion and engagement.
* Manage external SEO/PPC agencies and ensure effective ROI.
Team Leadership
* Line manage and mentor a team of 7 digital specialists.
* Set clear priorities and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Performance & Analytics
* Use GA4, A/B testing and user behaviour data to inform decisions.
* Benchmark performance and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
CRM & Marketing Automation
* Act as product owner for Peppermint CRM and associated marketing automation tools.
* Create and manage development roadmaps and drive adoption and best practice.
Email Marketing & Client Communications
* Lead on creation and optimisation of email campaigns that enhance engagement.
* Ensure messaging aligns with overall brand and client strategies.
External Reviews
* Own and deliver the external review strategy across platforms like Google, Trustpilot and Feefo.
* Proactively drive positive engagement and reputation.
Collaboration & Governance
* Champion digital best practices across brands.
* Work closely with design, content, PR and product teams to ensure alignment.
* Manage digital budgets and measure performance effectively.
What we're looking for:
* Significant experience in digital marketing - ideally within legal, professional or regulated sectors.
* Strong success delivering SEO, PPC, paid social and display campaigns.
* Expertise in website development, UX optimisation and CRO.
* Advanced skills with GA4, Google Tag Manager and performance reporting.
* Direct experience using Peppermint CRM - this is essential.
* Confident leader with strong stakeholder engagement and team development skills.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
