We currently have a superb opportunity for an Environmental Advisor to join our VolkerFitzpatrick business.
You will play a key role in ensuring our business meets all environmental legislation and corporate requirements, driving pollution prevention, carbon reduction, waste minimisation, and biodiversity protection.
You will help raise environmental awareness across the business, coordinate internal planning meetings, inspections and audits, and support the development and maintenance of our Environmental Management System (EMS).
About you
1. An Associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv).
2. A qualified internal environmental auditor with demonstrable experience of completing internal audits. Lead Auditor status beneficial but not essential.
3. An understanding of the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001:2004/2015 and experience in facilitating registration surveillance visits.
