What skills and experience we're looking for
Bowman Academy is a brand new specialist all-through free school for pupils aged 4-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.Admissions to the school is for pupils with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) issued by the Local Authority. Bowman Academy is located in the market town of Shepshed, Leicestershire.
The school officially opened 21 August 2024 and is part of the Community Inclusive Trust, a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
At Bowman Academy, we will provide a tailored curriculum designed to prepare pupils to be confident, successful and resilient individuals who make outstanding progress and are prepared for life after school.
