As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to provide pragmatic, commercially focused people support that strengthens performance and supports organisational change.
You will partner with operational leadership to deliver tailored HR solutions aligned to business priorities. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across Employee Relations, organisational change, workforce planning and leadership capability.
Working across multiple business areas, you will play a key role in enabling managers to confidently lead their teams, navigate complex people challenges, and deliver sustainable performance through effective people practices.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Provide a proactive HR Business Partnering service to senior leaders and management teams.
2. Build strong relationships with leadership teams to understand operational priorities and people challenges.
3. Support the development and delivery of people plans aligned to business objectives.
