Rapid Response Healthcare Assistant
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Pay: £17.00 p/h Flat Rate
Hours: Minimum of 36 Hours per week.

Role Overview:
As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals during crucial transitions, such as hospital discharges, crisis management, and care package adjustments. This role demands quick thinking, flexibility, and a compassionate approach as you provide exceptional care to individuals with a wide range of complex needs. These can include, but are not limited to, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, locked-in syndrome, rehabilitation, and motor neurone disease.
In addition to delivering high-quality clinical care, your duties may also involve assisting clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting, as well as helping with safe lifting, transferring, repositioning, and movement.
