We have an opportunity to join our Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Team, supporting General Practitioners to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care in a primary care setting.
This role involves working in GP practices or attending to patients in their homes. It also emphasizes the Four Pillars of Advanced Practice, including skills in education, mentoring, audit, leadership, and quality improvement.
Applicants should be working in an Advanced Practice role and have completed MSC (Level 11) Advanced Practice studies up to PG Dip level or equivalent, including modules in clinical assessment, decision-making, and non-medical prescribing.
Excellent communication skills, autonomy, clinical judgment, and decision-making are essential.
