This is a key opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a highly skilled team, playing a central role in keeping production running smoothly across high-speed packaging and process lines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site.
* Diagnosing faults and resolving issues on a range of automated equipment including motors, drives, sensors, PLCs and control systems.
* Supporting energy and sustainability initiatives by ensuring optimal equipment performance.
* Participating in Lean activities such as 5S and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement.
* Using CMMS systems (Agility) for work order management and record-keeping.
* Maintaining compliance with all relevant safety, health and environmental regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* A qualified Electrical Engineer with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Skilled in electrical fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance.
* Comfortable working on PLC-controlled systems and automated packaging machinery.
* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures, with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
* Full right to work in the UK.
