Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance professional to join a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
What You'll Do:
As Maintenance Lead, you'll play a key role in keeping our facilities and equipment operating efficiently. You'll work closely with the operations team to:
* Oversee maintenance activities and ensure reliability across site infrastructure.
* Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and resource usage.
* Lead repair and enhancement projects, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.
* Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve maintenance effectiveness.
* Champion change, innovation, and operational excellence across the team.
Who We're Looking For:
