💰 £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (OTE £75k+)
Join the key accounts team of a national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction and civils industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a confident and dynamic key account manager that has experience working with large contractors and projects and understands how to develop these opportunities.

🧭Role & Responsibilities
* Responsible for identifying, evaluating major project opportunities.
* Generating and increasing business opportunities to build lasting relationships.
* Develop sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue.
* Understand market drivers and opportunities for development
* Negotiate specific trading agreements with customers.
* Gain expert insight into new schemes and projects being released.
📋Skills & Experience Required
* 3 years’ experience in a field-based sales role.
* Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering or hire industry.
* Proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
* Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop.
* Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
