Regional Trainer & Coach (APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME)
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Regional Coach/Apprentice Assessor to support the development of apprentices across Customer Service, Parts, and Warehouse Operations. You’ll deliver formal training at manufacturer academies, coach apprentices through their final assessments, and manage a caseload of approximately 30 apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver formal training to apprentices at manufacturer academies (4 weeks per year)
2. Coach and develop apprentices through their programme and End Point Assessments
3. Manage a caseload of approximately 30 apprentices
4. Use excellent communication and coaching skills to support apprentice development
5. Monitor progression towards achievement targets using Management Information Systems
Requirements:
6. Automotive aftersales experience at Level 3 or equivalent
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Experience in learner safeguarding and wellbeing
9. Ability to work independently and manage own workload
10. Maths and English qualification Level 2 (equivalent)
11. Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications:
12. Experience as a Regional Coach or Apprentice Assessor
13. Automotive technical experience
14. Working knowledge of Apprenticeship programmes and inspection frameworks
15. Assessment, training, or teaching qualification
