Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 | Full-Time | Colchester
We are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in the Colchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s development in a nurturing and engaging environment.
The Role
* Support the learning and development of children aged 0–5
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
* Work collaboratively as part of a friendly nursery team
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Caring, patient, and reliable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
