We've been helping non-fault drivers get back on the road for 30 years, by providing like-for-like replacement vehicles, expert claims assistance and a genuinely caring service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast-paced, fun and supportive team
What You'll Be Doing:
As a First Response Claims Handler, you'll play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
* Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud
* Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way - feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit
* Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
* Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
* Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business
* Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy & energy
* Promoting our services with confidence and care
What You Bring:
* A friendly and engaging phone manner.
* Strong communication, listening skills, and decision-making skills.
* Great time management and attention to detail.
* The ability to stay calm and make quick, informed decisions
* A passion for helping people and working in a team
* A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook)
* Bonus points for knowledge of the automotive or insurance world-but not essential
