Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality Synthetic Flight Instruction across multiple platforms, including Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, and Challenger.
* Build upon your professional aviation experience to become a world‑class Synthetic Flight Instructor/Examiner and subject matter expert.
* Lead clients through simulator‑based instruction and some classroom‑based training.
* Maintain accurate and concise trainee records in accordance with CAE policies and regulatory requirements.
* Work with state‑of‑the‑art synthetic training equipment and the latest aircraft technologies.
* Collaborate closely with client partners to support their training needs.
* Commit to an onsite roster pattern at the Burgess Hill Training Centre (5 days per week).

Qualifications
* TRI / TRE for Citation II and XLS.
* 1500+ hours total multi‑pilot time.
* Strong attention to detail, especially in training delivery and record‑keeping.
* Ability to tailor training sessions to diverse trainee backgrounds and skill levels.
* Interest in mentoring and developing industry professionals.
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based applications.
* High‑level English language reading, speaking, and communication skills.
* Able to commit to roster pattern with fixed days off.
* Must live within commutable distance to Burgess Hill (ideally within 1 hour / 30 miles) or be willing to make local arrangements.
* The right to live and work in the UK is desirable.
* Willingness to enter into a training bond (value dependent on existing experience and ratings). Experience creating a welcoming, productive learning environment for business aviation clients.
* Demonstrated success mentoring or developing colleagues.
* Previous exposure to synthetic or simulator‑based instruction.
