ATS Clinical Director
Program/Location: Plymouth Inpatient Campus - Acute Treatment Services (ATS) Unit
Education/Licensure: Masters degree in a related field
Salary: $95,680-$114,400 (dependent on education, licensure, and experience)
Status: Full time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Requirements
* Must present as courteous and professional at all times
* Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks
* Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashion
* Must have the ability to work with others in cooperative and collaborative manner
* TB screening
* Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program
* Strong and effective verbal, written and organizational skills
* Knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPTC`s electronic medical records
* Ability to provide clinical leadership and supervision within the unit/program
* Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practice
* Knowledge of diagnostic criteria, assessment skills, and case management ability
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities
* Review and manage existing program goals and objectives assigned by Program Director
* Responsible for supervision of Clinicians as assigned by Program Director
* Provide direct services to clients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of clients; Individual, group and/or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning. Productivity expectations will be determined based on the number of direct supervisees.
* Facilitate all meetings, case conferences and trainings as assigned
* Monitor staff attendance at all required meetings and trainings as required
* Facilitate/participate Multidisciplinary Treatment Team and Utilization Review
* Assist in development and updating of clinical and psycho- educational programs
* Preparation of statistics, reports correspondence and participation in RFP grant writing process, Joint Commission preparation, Tally Card and other writing duties as needed
* Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2; and Confidentially of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPPA regulations and best practice processes and protocol in the provision of highest quality client care
* Develop community contacts and collaboration with other organizations as needed
* After-hours/on-call program support for patient clinical emergencies, dose verification, and other patient urgent needs on a rotating basis with Program Director
* Other duties as assigned by the Program Director/Site Director
Qualifications
* Independently licensed eligible (LMHC, LICSW, LADC1) and Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling or substance abuse counseling; minimum of two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience and four (4) years of behavioral health counseling experience.
