Recruitment Contract Manager - Doncaster – £30-£35k p/a - Exciting Career Opportunity - Apply Today!\nIgnition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for a 360° Contract Manager, to be based at our client site in Doncaster. \n\nDo you: \n\n - Have demonstrable experience working within HGV driver recruitment? \n - Have a passion for sales and business development? \n - Have the ability to think on your feet?\n - Have the capability to learn quickly?\n - Have the drive and determination to push yourself in a challenging environment? \n\nYour own full UK driving licence is essential, as travel to client sites will be required. \n\nRecruitment Contract Manager - Role & Responsibilities \n\n - Responsible for the end-to-end booking process of HGV drivers\n - Attend regular meetings with new and existing clients for both servicing and also business growth\n - Participate and promote all engagement initiatives with teams\n - Working for a number of high profile clients, recruiting, booking & managing predominantly HGV Drivers\n - Advertising, Screening and Interviewing potential HGV drivers\n - Client and Candidate engagement and hands on people management \n - KPI and SLA Reporting\n\nPlease note that whilst this role is mostly managing HGV drivers, there may be some requirement to deal with warehousing flex-employees also. \n\nRecruitment Contract Manager - Working Hours\nThe role is Monday to Friday, and we are looking for someone who can meet the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days.
