Service Advisor required in Plymouth

Volume Main Dealer

Basic salary of up to £30k DOE, OTE up to £35k

Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota

Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 5:30pm

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Greeting customers and managing vehicle check-in and check-out processes

Allocating loan vehicles and ensuring vehicle documentation is accurately processed in the dealer management system

Managing the progress of all service jobs and liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion

Maintaining ongoing communication with customers during service to keep them informed

Providing a comprehensive explanation of work completed and recommending further services when appropriate

Candidate requirements:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a franchise dealership or similar environment is advantageous

Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner

Organisation skills to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and prioritise effectively

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Full UK driving license is essential

Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude
