Job Description:
Priory Group is seeking a highly specialised Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cleveland House, a 32-bed rehabilitation home providing care for adults with acquired brain injuries.
The successful candidate will have specialist clinical knowledge and experience in Adult Neuro-rehab, assessing and intervening in complex communication, swallowing difficulties, and tracheostomy needs. You will work alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, medical, and nursing teams to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
Requirements:
Experience working with brain injuries involving physical, sensory, cognitive, emotional, and psychological difficulties, including disorders of consciousness, acute and long-term tracheostomy, and ventilated dependency.
