Description:
Berry Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced establishment based in King’s Lynn.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract documentation, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. You will also oversee material scheduling and logistics to support project timelines.
Role Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and manage contract documentation
5.
Raise and track purchase orders
6.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
7.
Schedule and coordinate material deliveries
8.
Monitor procurement and logistics schedules to support project milestones
Qualifications & Experience:
9.
Previous administrative experience required
10.
Familiarity with purchase order systems and contract management software preferred
11.
Background in construction, infrastructure, or related fields advantageous
12.
Experience in accounts, procurement, or contract administration desirable
