In this role, you will be responsible not only for resourcing top talent for our clients but also for developing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the business while managing the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Proactively identify and secure new clients to grow the business.
* Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Provide an exceptional service experience for both clients and candidates.
* Support administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases and preparing reports.
Qualifications & Attributes:
* GCSEs in English and Maths.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail.
* Sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
