Inspire Wellbeing is seeking a Team Leader to join our Learning Disability & Autism Services team. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated team and deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. ?? About the Role As a Team Leader, you will assist the Area Manager in the effective and efficient management of the scheme, ensuring compliance with RQIA regulations and Inspire's standards. You'll lead by example, providing guidance, motivation and support to staff while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing for the people who use our services. You will act as the responsible person in charge during the absence of senior managers and work a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-in duties. ?? Key Responsibilities Service Leadership Lead and support staff to deliver safe, effective care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Ensure care plans and risk assessments are developed, implemented and reviewed regularly. Promote social inclusion and recovery approaches that empower individuals to live meaningful lives. Quality & Compliance Maintain compliance with RQIA regulations and Inspire policies. Adhere to safe medication handling and infection control standards. Respond to behaviours that challenge using approved interventions and provide post-incident support. Team Management Support staff rotas, allocation of duties and key worker responsibilities. Provide supervision, training and professional development for team members. Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with Inspire's values. Financial & Operational Oversight Assist with financial planning and resource management. Take responsibility for financial management during shifts and ensure accurate handovers. ?? What We're Looking For Essential Criteria Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, evenings, weekends and sleep-overs. Full current driving licence and access to a car (reasonable adjustments considered). Qualifications Professional qualification such as Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy OR Relevant degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Care) OR NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent) AND registration or eligibility for registration with NISCC/NMC/HCPC upon appointment. Experience Minimum 1 year's experience in a social care setting. Experience liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies. Proven ability in financial planning and motivating service users.
