Our client based in Woking are seeking a Systems and Operations Coordinator to join their team for at least 3 months. In this role you will be responsible for providing user support through the customer service team, this role requires someone who is technically minded with excellent customer service skills. Duties:
Maintain and improve data systems
Log, monitor and repair system bugs
Manage workflow scripts
Manage administrative duties such as creating and updating templates
Update information and general administration of the website pages
Explain system to colleagues when required
Support in delivering training to colleagues
Handle system faults and provide timely updates to colleagues
Support with any upcoming projectsRequirements:
Technically minded with experience providing customer service support to users
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to clearly explain resoloutions to end users
Experience in working with CRM systems
Confident user of Microsoft office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong communication
