Achieve Lifestyle is currently looking to recruit an ambitious, conscientious and talented Health & Fitness Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment, but is also confident working independently. This position involves motivating and managing people and requires someone with excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about group exercise and fitness, brings good energy, has a proactive and positive attitude and cares for our customers. You will be passionate about leisure and constantly looking for opportunities to drive the business forward and develop your own skills and goals.
As our next Health & Fitness Manager you'll will be responsible for:
* Member engagement and retention & delivering exceptional customer service.
* Line management & engaging and motivating of the Fitness & Group Exercise teams.
* Reviewing & develop the group exercise timetables and reporting on KPI's.
* Maintaining quality communications with customers in regards to Health & Fitness
* Ensuring equipment is appropriately maintained / cleaned and safe on site and this is met through effective management of cleaning and maintenance checks.
* The full compliance to company Health & Safety policies and completion of required checks.
* Co-ordinating staff training
* Following opening and closing procedures.
* Managing staff shifts / rotas and holiday cover
