Corporate Services Recruiting Manager About Nebius Nebius is building the infrastructure for the next generation of AI and high performance computing. As we scale globally, we are building the teams and infrastructure required to support long term growth. The role As the Corporate Services Manager at Nebius, you own recruitment strategy across the functions that underpin company scale, including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and Operations. You are responsible for ensuring the business builds the right infrastructure to support sustainable growth. Reporting to TA leadership, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior corporate stakeholders. This role combines team leadership, strategic workforce planning and hands on execution during a critical phase of organisational expansion. This role is remote, partnering across global time zones. Responsibilities Own recruitment strategy and delivery across corporate functions Lead and performance manage a team of recruiters, setting clear standards and expectations Partner with senior leaders to align hiring plans with organisational design and operating model evolution Bring structure and discipline to workforce planning and hiring prioritisation Build scalable recruiting processes that balance rigour, compliance and efficiency Elevate hiring quality through strong assessment standards and interviewer enablement Own hiring insights and translate data into actionable recommendations Maintain high standards of candidate experience across regions Act as a player coach on complex or senior corporate searches What success looks like A high performing recruiting team operating with clear ownership and accountability Hiring plans aligned with organisational design and long term infrastructure needs Consistent, high quality hiring decisions across governance and enabling functions Recruitment processes that support sustainable, long term scale Experience & Qualifications Higher education degree Proven experience managing recruitment teams within fast scaling organisations Strong background hiring across corporate functions Demonstrated success building or maturing recruiting processes Experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders Ability to introduce structure while operating at pace Data informed mindset and strong leadership presence What we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
