Job Overview
As a Home Care Assistant you will support clients with daily routines, personal care and companionship. No prior healthcare experience is required; the company provides comprehensive, fully funded training.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Help with meal preparation, feeding and medication reminders.
* Provide companionship; share a cup of tea and a chat, listen and offer emotional support.
* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the client’s home environment.
* Record care activities and report any concerns to the care team.
* Adapt schedules to meet individual client needs and preferences.
Qualifications
* No prior experience or formal qualifications required; training will be provided.
* Good people skills, empathy, caring and compassionate nature.
* Positive and professional team‑working ethos.
* A minimum of 12 months and no ongoing right to work in the UK.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Availability to work alternating weekends.
