This person has complex clinical Mental Health needs,— and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.This person is moving into their own home after a long period in hospital, and they'll be supported by a dedicated team providing 1:1 care day and night.The role is focused on helping them settle into the community, encouraging independence, and providing safe, consistent supportWhat you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
