Lunchtime Supervisor
Permanent, Term Time only,
3 hours 45 minutes per week (Monday to Friday 45 minutes per day)
SC1 (2) £12.65 per hour pro rata
Are you passionate about working with children and creating a safe, positive environment for learning and play? We are looking for a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at Catshill First School & Nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
●Supervise and support students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
●Assist with the smooth operation of the dining hall, encouraging good table manners and promoting healthy eating.
●Help manage outdoor playtime, ensuring students engage in safe and fun activities.
●Provide a caring and supportive presence for students, addressing any conflicts or concerns that arise.
●Work closely with other staff members to ensure a positive school environment.
●Clean the dining area and remove rubbish
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
●A warm, friendly approach and a passion for working with children.
●Good communication and interpersonal skills.
●A proactive attitude and the ability to manage situations calmly and efficiently.
●Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
●A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
