Are you a Handyman or Driver looking for a varied role where you will be given flexibility and a company vehicle, whilst carrying out basic maintenance work as well as chauffeuring a high net worth individuals?
On offer is a brand new company pick-up truck that can be used for personal use with fuel paid for, as well as plenty of overtime opportunities to boots your earnings.
In this role you will be carrying out basic maintenance, health and safety checks, maintaining tenant relationships as well as general upkeep of the clients site in Kentish Town. Additionally, you will be chauffeuring the directors of the business as and when needed, using a company car provided or one of the clients cars.
This long-standing company, first established in the 1940's, first began as a roofing contractor however since 1997 the company has focused on commercial development, adding 30 successful developments to their portfolio since then.
This role would suite a Handyman or Driver, looking to join a succesful business in a completely unique role where you will receive great company benefits and flexibility.
The Role:
* Basic maintenance of clients site
* Chauffeuring directors
* Ad hoc tasks when required
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
